Our Story
Emerging from the Hylix-B project funded by the state of Baden-Württemberg—focused on electrifying a Daimler Actros truck with a fuel cell range extender—IONTRAK GmbH was founded in December 2022 by the project partners and Bin Boysen. In February 2024, a strategic restructuring of the shareholder base led to the establishment of IONTRAK energy GmbH.
